A young L learns that an ill-gotten victory just doesn't taste as sweet...

I love drawing kids. :XD: I find it relaxing to draw something cute, tiny, and innocent. Now having to deal with them is another thing altogether. 9_9;;

Sigh, it probably wasn't the best idea to upload something on a Monday. ^^; Critique, anyone?

The background is a little boring, but other than that the rest is good. The proportions are very child-like and the clothes fit in the way they should. I like the icing smudges and the way you pointed L's toes inward, making him look even more innocent and vulnerable.

Also the table looks a little big for being further back, but if you wanted it as a large table then its fine.

Thanks for noticing the little details! I did have trouble with the table, but I didn't notice the size until now that you pointed it now. It does seem a little big, but it doesn't look too bad to me. :) What would you suggest to make the background more interesting?
