The background is a little boring, but other than that the rest is good. The proportions are very child-like and the clothes fit in the way they should. I like the icing smudges and the way you pointed L's toes inward, making him look even more innocent and vulnerable.

Thanks for noticing the little details! I did have trouble with the table, but I didn't notice the size until now that you pointed it now. It does seem a little big, but it doesn't look too bad to me. What would you suggest to make the background more interesting?
